Refund policy

Returns

In terms of refunds, you have a 14 day window from receipt of your goods within which you can return your product to us for a full refund. Please note, you are required to pay for all return delivery costs. 

Please note that any items that are returned, must be in resaleable condition in its original packaging.

To request a refund, you can do so by sending your goods back to:

Please include a note with your request and your order number and we will process the request for you. We cannot process direct product exchanges. You will need to return your original items for a refund and re-place your order online.
